and GREAT MUSIC!
Looking forward to seeing you there!
“Kevin makes those Neil Diamond songs his own. And we need to hear more jazz and Patsy Cline from Briggs!”
~ Sondra J. Franks
“What great energy and talent! “The Thorn” is the consummate entertainer and tackles his pop selections with aplomb. “Rose” is an undiscovered jazz chanteuse like no other. A perfect duo to entertain and get your gatherings up and going!”
~ Ann Ziegler
The Audience Speaks
If you close your eyes, who do you hear?
In addition to original Rose and The Thorn songs co-written with Briggs, for years Kevin has performed as McNeil Diamond covering Neil Diamond and many other artists.
Music Mashup!
What’s more fun than blending two songs and making something new? Additional to originals, Briggs and Kevin perform covers, creating their own arrangements. Enjoy their mashup of Wicked Game and Mad World.

Just a Number…
The new album from Rose and the Thorn, is both a celebration of midlife love, and an inspirational love letter for other boomers who still have many stories to tell. We have history, we have life experience, we’ve been high upon the mountain and down in the hole. We also have a wealth of creativity. If now is not the time to bring it all to the world, then when?
“Don’t be afraid to start over again.
This time you’re not starting from scratch.
You’re starting from EXPERIENCE.”
